why if i export a file in .qif format and after import the same in another
file, the field "Date" do not transfert (the field "Date" in all new record
are "blank".

.I believe QIF is a Quicken format

yes but
what is the problem because the field date remain "blank"?
(the presence of another record in the same account?)

Perhaps you have some issue with the regional settings for
presentation/interpretation of dates not matching on the two systems? (Are
there two systems involved?) This is the first thing I'd play around with,
anyway...
