Mortgage - Building Loan??

We currently have a loan for $***,***. But am only
paying interest on the progress payments during building
stages. Is there a way to setup this type of loan in
Money 2000 for these interest payments on the smaller
amount on the loan?

Set up the loan to have a 100% balloon payment at the end of the
longest construction period that you can envision. Then refinance
the loan to your regular mortgage.
