We recently (yesterday) upgraded one of our customers in order to be fully PCI compliant. They are now running Windows 7 with the latest version of RMS. Everything is working however on certain screens, the mouse scroll wheeldoes not work. The main culprit seems to be the item lookup screen in the POS. The mouse wheel works everywhere else in every program that I tried inWindows and as far as I can tell every other part of RMS but unfortunatelynot the one section they use the most. These are basic Lenovo mice and swapping them out with other mice does not fix the problem. Has anyone run into this before?
