I have just installed this and have set it up to receive my bank statements
    (from one bank).

However, one account will not download into it. I have looked at the CSV
version of the file from the bank and it is being downloaded but the Account
List Screen is not showing that it has been updated and no values are
updated. All setting appear to be ok.

    Any suggestions?

    Regards

You are in the UK I presume. Money will accept QIF and OFX files.
How are you doing your downloading-- via web page?

OFX from web page. Older PC with XP and Money (2004?) does the account with
no problem. 4 out of 5 accounts from the same web page are okay. In UK

Money 2004 would be version 12.0.*.*.

If you have version 14.0.120.1105, it is important that you take
    action to allow future reinstalls.

As to why one account has no transactions showing up, I don't know.
Maybe there were no new transactions?

Support and development for Microsoft Money UK ended years ago. I
would strongly recommend using a different program.

Support and development for Microsoft Money UK ended years ago. I
'Support' from Microsoft ended on 31/1/11. However, MSMoney programme is
still available, and now free! It will work indefinitely. The
correspondent is correct is thinking you wil not get any help from
Microsoft. Other programmes just don't cut the mustard IMHO.

I seem to recall from distant memory that the first time one imports an
OFX file one is asked which account to import to, to enable Money
correctly to identify this. This may have gone wrong.

Only the US version is available. There is no version for the UK.

Correct. However, the US version can have its 'home' currency set to
    sterling.

Any ideas on how I can get back to this?

    May be worth trying...

    1. Back up your *.mny file somewhere safe and work with a copy!
    2. Download and save data from the 'rogue' account only.
    3. Select 'File-Import', import the file, and hope that Money asks for
    the account.

No guarantees for this amateur advice!

Does it work OK in the UK? Have they finally fixed the myriad of bugs
    that infested earlier versions?

Worked fine when I tried it,but I use Money 2005 (and have an
installable backup) so I don't bother. Used it for years, no bugs, ever
