I notice the several people were haveing trouble reaching MSN Bill Pay. There server has been down for over 12 hours. I talked with customer service this morning. The are working on it and don't know when it will be back up.
Be careful when you google MSN Bill Pay there is a group out there who's phone number comes up when you are looking for customer service at MSN. They are not related and will attempt to sell you assistance. The real number is 877-800-4873
