response. In fact all most of communications said basically the same
thing. I think they were just boilerplate responses as they did not
specifically address the points I made.
There's plenty of other banks around and I am "voting with my feet".That's not to say it won't - especially if enough people escalate their
complaints to the top men in Nationwide.
They may introduce OFX downloads in the future but I'm not prepared to
wait. It's not as if NW have been particularly good in the recent
past. They have made a worrying number of mistakes, for example.

(")_(") their inaction to the problem. I am blocking most articles
posted from there. If you wish your postings to be seen by
everyone you will need use a different method of posting.
