Need help with Budget vs Cash Flow Accounts

I am using Money 2001 and I set up a budget for the first time today... everything is correct but when I go to Forecasted Cash Flow.. most of my budgeted items such as food and leisure are hitting either one of my credit card accounts or a "Cash on Hand" account I set up. So when I look at forecasted cash flows for these accounts, they are going extremely negative since these budgeted items should be coming out of my checking account

Now I have tried three times to redo the budget from scratch, and it never asks you which account you want the budgeted item to hit, and I have surfed all the toolbars trying to find the answer.. Anyhelp you can give me would be appreciated. Thanks a bunch

I just read some of the help around this issue but I think it was for an updated version of Money... for one, I there is no option under custimize in the review cash flow screen to do this, and in the category list screen, there is not option to make sure it doesn't use a cash account.. is there anything I can do or do I have to upgrade to a newer version??? Thanks.

When they did this in M01, it caused a lot of grief for some of us who
depended on Forecast Cash Flow. In later versions, they've provided more
control over what accounts the budgeted items get projected for and, even,
over whiter or not to include all of that in the cash flow forecast.
