I have 5 Hypercom L4250 units. They are being used for signature capture with\nmy Point of Sale Invoice program. They capture signature and print on my\ninvoices. On December 7, 2014 the units internal Operating System expired. I\ngot the new version from Equinox and re-installed. The terminals came back to\nlife but now are not communicating with my Invoice screen in my point of sale\nprogram as they were before. I was under the impression from Equinox the\nreloading of the expired Operating system would solve my problem. The only\nproblem they solved was the units rebooted and are displaying Lane Closed on\nthe Screen where before they did nothing as the expired Operating System had\nfailed Dec. 7, 2014. How can I get them back to communication with my Point\nof Sale Software?
