Need Medical Accounting/Billing software - help

Hi All,
Am looking for a medical Accounting and billing software program
for a medium size practice - 10,000 clients at most, never that many
active.
Does not need to be SQL or anything like that... GUI for sure, not
DOS - Running a Win2K Server, five workstations.
Any suggestions or thoughts GREATLY appreciated.
