Need some advice

What do you guys think is the better choice? A masters in accounting or get an MBA with maybe an accounting emphasis ? Thanks for the advice.

I think that really depends on where you want to go in your career. If you are looking to maybe teach in your later future than I would get a MAC - if you are looking to become a controller or officer than an MBA may be the better choice.

I've found that an MBA doesn't really aid an accounting career unless it is from a prestigious school. The key ingredient to success is passing the CPA exam. However, I do agree that an MBA has advantages for positions in corporate finance.
