Need to delete some funds that I no longer have

The company I work for uses Fidelity for its 403(b) plan. I had money in
various funds. About a year or so ago I decided to move some of my money
from a couple of under performing funds to better performing funds. However
MS Money 2004 (now 2006) thinks that I've got money in all of the various
funds, including the ones that I no longer own any shares in.

I have no idea how to fix this, without messing things up. How do I fix
this, please?

I am now using MS Money 2006 Premium.

Ideally you would enter the Sell information that actually took
place when you exited the funds, just as you would have entered Buy
transactions when you acquired the funds.

Alternatively, from the account register,
AccountSummary(left)->AccountUpdate(bottom) will let you adjust the
holdings as appropriate.

Thank you, Cal, I'll do the later. (I didn't know about the former.)
