Netting Issue between 3 Companies

Hello,

I have a question and i dunno if there is any answer for this...:
There are 3 companies:
Company A
Company B --> Company B is a subsidiary of Company A.
Company C is a partner of Company A and a partner of Company B.

How can i do the netting between the three companies if we have a stable business relation?
For example, if Company A has to pay 100$ to Company C and Company C has to pay 150$ to Company B, in this case can Company C pay to the Company B the remaining 50$?

Is it possible?
Can it be done?
What will imply this netting?
