I may be taking on a new client. He has been in business 10 years and has never used accounting software. I would like to help him get his QuickBooks account setup and current. I am not sure how to enter the information from his 1065 tax return into QB. I do know I have to do a journal entry and I believe most information will come off the Schedule L. What other information would I use? Can somebody walk me through setting up this account based off the tax return?
