Hi,
Does anyone else hate the new-look Cahoot statements, they have not coded
the page properly and now all the columns with figures in them print
left-aligned! It looks terrible. I have reported this to Cahoot who keep
telling me:
"Thank you for contacting cahoot.
I can confirm that your comments were forwarded on to our management team as
customer feedback. All customer feedback is noted and evaluated however this
does not mean we will be able to immediately act upon the feedback.
We do value our customers taking the time to pass on suggestions and
comments as this allows us to evaluate our website and products and,
overtime to make upon improvements.
To make reading on screen more comfortable, you can change the size of the
text in your browser. In Internet Explorer, choose View > Text Size and then
Larger or Largest to make the text bigger. Choose View > Text Size > Medium
to reset it to the default size. Changing this setting may also affect any
other web sites that you view.
Our site uses frames to display a separate navigation menu, and the
available space for this is a fixed size. In order that the options remain
in view and do not overflow the visible space when you make the text size
larger, the size of the cahoot navigation menu text will not change when you
do this in Internet Explorer. "
How useless, I don't even think they recognise that this is a problem and a
serious annoyance! In all other areas I am very satisfied with the Cahoot
service. Their web site is informative, quick and easy to navigate. The
cards and all other facilities work fine and the £250.00 interest-free
overdraft is an excellent idea. Please sort out the columns on the
statement though!
Does anyone else have the same problem?
