New User with weird error

I have always been a quicken user but this weekend we decided to move over to
Microsoft Money because it appears to be a superior product. We added our
accounts and everything looks like it went great.
I see our Credit card, checking and savings accounts in there. When I look
at the Savings and Credit Card accounts everything is perfect but when I look
at the Checking all our data in not in there. Our Check register only has
from 2/15 to 3/1. it should have from 2/1 to 4/15.

So when I look at the accounts Home Page I see the "transactions to
read:263" so I click that and nothing is there. I have gone through all the
views and still nothing. I looked online and found related articles and did
all the steps like, empty temp files, repair file and the other things but I
can't seem to figure it out.

I reinstalled and even installed it on another computer with the same
results. I have deleted the account a dozen times with the same results. I
have tried downloading all teh versions WellsFargo.com has available and
manually importing them but nothing seems to be working.

what is weird is when I view my accounts at money.msn.com, I see everything
perfectly.

any thoughts?

In Internet Explorer delete your browser temporary files with
Tools->InternetOptions->DeleteFiles.

Then in Money do File->RepairMoneyFile->QuickFileRepair again.


Still not fixed? Go to Tools->Settings->OnlineServiceSetting and
select ShowStandardizedPayeeNamesForWhichANameIsNotFound. This
appears to be a global (inter-file) setting.

Download again. Let us know at what stage this process worked , if
any, and whether you were doing QIF, OFX, or whatever downloads.
