I ran my business using Quicken. I had a single account that I paid
expenses from and deposited my fees into. As seed money, I would post a
deposit into that account with the description "Loan to Corporation" and set
the category to the ACCOUNT NAME. How do I do this in QUICKBOOKS.
Thank you, Fred Jacobowitz

Generally when you make a deposit into a business account from your personal
funds you record it as Owner's Equity. Just make a note about where you
record such entries so that your accountant will know where to look for
them.
