Nine day workweek? And I thought it was bad during tax season...........

    There have been two recent Department of Labor (DOL) Wage & Hour Opinion
    Letters that address retroactive overtime computations- and use of a
    nine-day compressed workweek schedule:

    Funny, but that letter starts "Your client company has a two-week pay
    period that allows employees to work nine days during the pay period.
    Under this arrangement, employees work nine hours per day Monday through
    Thursday and work eight hours on one of the two Fridays during the
    two-week period."

    It's 9 days per two weeks.
