non-existant Outstanding Transactions



I always have an nonexistent transaction in two of my investment
accounts with Quicken 2003. I can click on Go To Register from the
Online Update Summary and it doesn't show any transactions. I can click
on Accept All and Done, but the Online Update Summary still shows a
transaction for this account. If there is a transaction downloaded when
I perform a One Step Update, the Online Update Summary will show two
transactions to accept, but only one transaction shows up in the
register. I've had these two transactions hanging around for almost two
years. I've tried deactivating the online services for these two
accounts, but Quicken pops up a message saying I have to complete
comparing the downloaded transactions to the register before
deactivating the online services.

Any suggestions?
