I got married in September 2010 last year. My wife lived and worked for 8 month in Maryland. She moved to Virginia in September and worked till the end of the year. I lived and worked in Virgina for whole year. What is our residency status for Maryland and Virginia? I had only VA withholdings, but wife had both Maryland and Virginia withholdings.
