USA Notice of Deficiency and No change letter

Hello all,

I received Notice of Defiency and it is due next week for it's 90 days period. Last week I received no change letter. My question is, is the case closed or do i need to file another form ( rescind notice of deficiency). The problem is even i file rescind notice of deficiency, IRS probably will not be responding in a week.

Could you please let me know if you guys have the same issue like I do? Do you do anything else after receiving no change letter?

Your safest course is to file the agreement to rescind form
