Hello. We have a towing service that picks up vehicles to be delivered to an auction. We got a NTTC from them but were having a problem with another company. The company is out of state and they are a sub contractor for the auction place but we provided the same service except it was camper trailers. So neither I or this sub contractor have to pay taxes. Now the state is wanting a copy of the NTTC and this company won't issue one for they are out of state. I need advice on how to handle this with the state.
