How do I avail of the Official Customization Guide?
Who's the right person to contact to and what are the qualifications?

Is there a new customization guide for v2.0?

To "Officially" obtain a copy of the RMS Customization Guide, you need to be
at least a Registered Partner with Microsoft and get it from PartnerSource.
You may, however find one or two individuals that are willing to break their
NDA and Partner Agreements and give you this information.

info if the customization guide for v1.3 is just the same v2.0?

The guide is the same, though there have been a number of changes to RMS and
the database.

Ryan, I have been searching for a customization guide for RMS for quite
some time. Unfortunately, my reseller turned out to be a real
disappointment so our company prefers not to deal with them for any of our
Microsoft RMS issues.
If it is available, I would be greatly appreciative of a copy of this
guide.
