Offshore vender payments using a CC

I currently pay an offshore vendor using a Wire Transfer from our corporate account to our vendor's corporate account in Mexico. I would like to do the same transaction using an American Express or Visa Credit Card instead of having the funds directly drawn from the Corp Account.

Is there a company that provides this service?
