One Write Plus software

Dear Forum, I have used One Write Plus for over a decade but recently changed banks so this year I entered a new complany in software. I write one paycheck per year so now that I am doing it I find that I cannot add State in the employee check payroll. I have added in the withholding list but it does not show up when doing a check and will not allow me add it. Help. Thanks, Ken
