Online Money Tour

Hi there. Here's another problem I'm finding... I have
Microsoft Money 99 on my computer... Windows 98. I've
never used the Update Internet Information aspect... and
now that I want to, I can't seem to connect. (my previous
post.) I am using AOL as my isp. But, I also find that I
cannot connect to the Online Money Tour, and am told
that "I am forbidden to go to this website." Any other
ideas? Any help would be appreciated.
