Ok, I just checked again and MSN now shows 34.57 - so it was updated
online ,but still not on my screen. My screen ( and the UPDATE PRICE
BOX) still showed a price of 35.09 for 6/9 .

One recommendation if you have a yahoo email address: go to your My
Yahoo Page and customize it to add a portfolio page. In there put the
quotes you'd like in the same order as money lists them (when you select
the quotes tab in Money.) If you want the price quotes in a certain
order UNCHECK the "box on the my portfolio EDIT page" so that it leaves
them in the order you enter them. You can do this on other sites, but I
just find yahoo's to be a simpler page for this.

What I do is get money page the way I like it normally ( alpha by name
of stock/fund) then display the symbol column in Money. Now go to yahoo,
edit portfolio page and enter the symbols in that order - uncheck the
box to arrange them by name - Finish.
You can also enter number of shares etc in Yahoo and do this all there,
but I don't like my info on a public server.

Now back in Money- note - if you want to know the difference since last
online update - FIRST MAKE NOTE of the totals - and after update compare
'cuz the CHANGE column in Money just goes to 0.00 when you manually
update. and "% change" and "Today's change" are blank.

Then on nights when MSN/Money doesn't work, I just log into my yahoo
account - go to " My Portfolio" page and there's all my quotes in the
proper order. I open Money in a window and My yahoo page in a window .
Then side-by-side I update the quotes in Money.

( THIS is why I complained / feedback about " their server doing the
math vs my PC doing the math". Because THEIR server doesn't work, Money
will not show me the info that I want : which is how much did I make /
lose ? Should I buy/sell ? )

I am having a problem with mutual fund quotes not getting updated
automatically. Stocks and indexes are showing the current date, but
mutual funds (e.g. ticker symbol PRWCX) are no longer updated
automatically when I run Internet Updates. When I look at the call
summary messages, it shows quotes and Money updates as being
successful. When I look at the price history for mutual funds, it is
only showing a price up to the last time a quote was automatically
received.

I have MS Money 2004.

Any ideas would be appreciated.

Your not alone. The same is happening here and I am using Money 2006 Premium.
It began not updating on Monday, June 12th. This happened about a month ago
and lasted for about a week brefore the problem was corrected. I hope they
can correct the problem soon.

Portfolio->UpdatePrices->PickQuotesToDownload

Add portfolio column LastUpdate. See what has never updated,
and what has not updated recently. Disable quotes for those.

Let me change that to a longer description:

Go to the Portfolio view, and
ChangePortfolioView->CustomizeCurrentView->PortfolioColumns

Add in the LastUpdated column. Group by: NoHeaders.

Click the LastUpdated column header to sort. Note the symbols for
the securities with symbols the earliest or no dates.

Go to UpdatePrices->PickQuotesToDownload and de-select those
securities.

UpdatePrices online. If still no joy, de-select almost all of your
securities, and try again. If you have success, add securities
back until you have a problem again.

I did all that you said. All that shows me is that my fund prices were last
updated on 06/09/06.
However, the individual prices for funds "were" updated as of yesterdays
price. But the "percent changed" is not figured and the total value is still
what it was on 06/09/06.

OK. Apparently related to a current problem then. There is a case
where Money 2004 gives up if there are too may symbols that it
cannot look up.

Ahh. I see "06/09/06" on funds too. So something got stuck.

one more thing :
before I update prices I change date on Pc to "yesterday" so the default
date in Money is correct as I update the prices.
(which is why my last message shows 6/12 as a date ! )

Thanks for the good info everyone. I just opened Money today & I see
that it is now working again. I almost wish it hadn't after I looked
at the declines.
