Does anyone know where I can find an LLC Operating Agreement specifically for a Self Directed IRA?

Or, what specific language should be added to a generic Operating Agreement?

Can you clarify this - are you asking for an operating agreement for a single member LLC where the only member is the Self Directed IRA or are you looking for a multi-member LLC that allows an IRA to be a member?

What use will you put the IRA to?
