Outsourcing and accounting - what's your take on this?

In an attempt to throw the authorities off his trail, (e-mail address removed) (SBT Bill) transmitted:
What about when the companies primary books are in India, the
manufacturing plant is in Indonesia, and the only thing in the US is
the CFO's office and he is thinking of moving to Antigua.
Well, the company certainly won't be in a position to live up to "buy
American" requirements.

If it happens any more intensively, then political considerations are
likely to grow.

After all, if Microsoft isn't hiring Americans anymore, but is,
instead, laying them off, that drops off any "patriotism" involved in
what used to be supporting the Seattle economy.

Companies look at accountants and CPA as costs. My company is moving all of our jobs over to Malaysia to make more money and kick us to the curb. Our salaries are around 70-80K and the Malaysians cost about 1/10 of that. It is not just our Company, but others as well. Accounting is not a good career anymore. It will go the way of IT.

If this trend continues with white collar jobs, there will be no tax base left in the US. Just the 1% and the poor. With HB-1 visas, Doctors, Engineers, scientists, everything else could go.

I have been looking to outsource my bookkeeping and i have now decided to go with Cloud Bookkeeping. Very competitive prices and it feels like a huge weight has been lifted knowing that someone else will be in control of my bookkeeping.
