I have a job offer from a company in Mexico, normally when i work overseas i work through my limited company. The mexican company has stated i have to have a contract in my name, they are ok to pay my wages into my company account but i am not sure if it is ok, my contract will state that they will pay my local taxes and supply a tax certificate as proof but this will obviously be in my name. It is similar to when i worked in Angola, the company paid into my company account in uk and paid my personal local taxes.

This foreign income should be included into your tax return. It does not matter whether the money are to your company's account or you receive it any other way. The taxes they withhold from your income will need to be shown on the tax return too.
