The owner of a recent start-up just got the company incorporated (S-corporation) and just got the company bank account open. He has already incurred expenses for the company that he had to pay for out of his personal account (out of money that was set aside to go into the business account once it was opened). As his bookkeeper, how do I account for that to show that it really is owner's equity?
