Paying Employees

I use Quicken 2004 Premier Home & Business. In my (very) small business I
have one part time employee who just started. I don't want to use the Quick
Payroll service for such a small payroll. In the online help and on the
support side, I find no guidance as to how to do payroll checks and account
for the deductions for FICA and withholding. Can someone give me some
pointers on how to set this up? I know the amount of gross pay as well as
the amount of the deductions, I just don't know the way to track it in the
program. Thanks,
