UK Paying royalties to indian subsidiary

This may be too specific for this forum!?

Has anyone experienced this situation before? We are having to pay royalties to a sister company based in India. The Indian company has already withheld taxes, I'm assuming I just need to pay the invoice? I don't have to withhold any taxes?

Will this impact the CT return at the end of the year?
