Payroll

Elrond

I have some little wishes towards Santa Claus this year concerning payroll:

1. I would like to use CLASSES in paystubs as well (I use the classes as
costcenters for our internal departments in order to make individual budgets.
As there is no class feature in the paystubs transaction we have to issue the
paystubs in word and manual employee reimbursements. This is rather
complicated and we like to do everything from within MOAP 2008). This is a
topic of consitency with other transactions.
2. Why can't the pay stubs be modified???? Isn't it possible to use word
templates here as well? The only ones who don't get printouts on company
paper are my employees. That's really a pitty.
3. Manual payroll should be included in MOAP or at least it should be
possible to modify the excel upload file in an easy manner. Currently the
excel is absolutely useless for us, as it's fixed in its content. Not
everyone can use the online services, and no online service can deal with the
millions of different employment situations in small businesses out there.

Oh my god .... Microsoft .... you have the perfect idea to deal with small
businesses, but unfortunately sometimes it lacks in realisation. Let us as
community help you. It's good for you as a company and for us as users as
well. There a thousands of small issues which would help all users, not only
some.
