UK payslips and wages are different

I am from the uk, for the last few months the pay going into my bank is 30 pounds less than what my payslip says. What tax implications does this mean for me? My payslips are not very professional looking either. Printed on plain paper.

The payslip here in the US is the definite answer to where all the pennies lie. If it's the same in the UK (and it sounds like it is), then it will be prudent of you to look into this immediately. Could be a simple accounting issue--could be something else.
