USA PC Law on Terminal Services crashing mostly when time entry function is left open

Is anybody else out there using PC Law running on Terminal Services? We are having a problem with it crashing randomly mostly when a user is leaving their time entry open as they enter time as they go along instead of batches because of the nature of their billing needs.
