Dumb question time. I have a new client I perform a billing service for. We
agreed that the montly charge would be based on his gross sales. How do I set
up the invoice so I don't have to calculate it every month and I can just plug
in his dollar amount.

Thanks

Set up a new item with a cost equal to your percentage, so if you're billing
10 percent set up the rate as 10 cents. When it's invoice time enter his
gross sales in the "quantity" field on the invoice.
