Using 2004 Premier. Portfolio View would be a lot more useful without
all the N/A entries under Avg Annual Return, and all the incorrect
Amount Invested entries. Sigh.

Thanks, any idea why Intuit can't seem to get this right?

Perhaps you have some Div + Buy that should be ReinDiv.

Nah, it's a brokerage transfer that Intuit stupidly treats as an
investment event.

In Quicken2001 it takes a couple of minutes for my portfolio

Using 2004 Premier, it takes maybe 1 second. I suspect this may be a
system issue for you, not just a Q problem.

It might also have to do with many Investment transactions,
and/or a very large price history file, I think.

Dunno, my QDF file is 12MB, including more than 15 years of investment
transactions. The QPH file is about 500K, not sure whether that's
small or large...
