pennsylvania unemployment tax refund check was sent to my company. this overpayment was due to clerical error on their part. When i make a quick books deposit it would be from pa unemployment and credited to what?, not income, not expense should i create an account that says tax refunds so the accountant can see it at year end and make proper adjustments. PA unemployment payment is made quarterly using multiplier on total payroll this tax is not taken out of individual employees paycheck.
