problem closing 2007 fiscal year

anyone know what this message means:

"Could not modify the current record because it has dependencies. (For
example, an item that appears on one or more documents cannot be deleted.)"

It keeps coming up when I try to close the fisal year 2007.

This sounds like a bug we had in the 2006 version.

If you are using the 2006 version please contact product support at contact
support at 1-866-827-1619. The tech support folks have a script they can
send you that may fix this.

If you are using the 2007 version and have not applied the latest service
packs please do so.
