Problem: Inactive/active Items with HQ

Another HQ Problem:

Inactive/Active items

1. The Rule is that Only Stores can make a item active or inactive NOT HQ
2. But sometimes if you make an item Inactive at one store it will become
inactive in another store, against the rules.
3. Or the next day after all batches are sent to HQ, the item you made
inactive will become active again.

Suggestions/solutions?

Sorry, HQ is the controller of Inactivity. A 250 sent to the stores will reset the Inactive flag as will a 260, WHICH YOU SHOULD NEVER USE. !

Yes, HQ updates the inactive status. However, I like the 260 worksheet when
you have to change dynamic data. Just run a 401 right before the 260, or run
the 260 after hours after a 401.

A 260 will overwrite SO info with HQ info. Simple example, a 260 will replace the SO's re-order and re-stock info with the HQ info. Other issues.too.
