Problem with Standard reports

Hi,
I am Peach Tree 2006 user. I was trying to print an income statement
for a specific period.
I used the standard template to print the income statement for a
specific period. But the statement printed shows the YTD details for
both current period and YTD both. I looked at
the report design. Even though it uses the net activity for current
period and net ytd activity for the ytd period, I still get the ytd
activity values on both. I was wondering how I can fix this problem.
I would appreciate any help.

The easiest way of correcting the problem is to change your accounting
period back to the period you want to run the report on.

Thanks. But I was wondering is there a way to create a template which
will provide a proper report with just activities of the month instead
of ytd activity.

Yes. Open the report that you want to modify and click on Design. When
you are in the design mode, right click on the column headers and
uncheck the ytd and ratio columns. Save your report with a new name. Now
you can pull up that report and specify what month you wish to report on.
