I'm trying to understand how Project Management and accounting live together. I know there are functional, projectized and matrix organizations. I also know there is functional and by nature reporting. Are these linked at all? The common term there is function. But I'm guessing projectized and by nature are also related? No?

I don't understand the significance of CapEx and OpEx, but I guess these play a role here also?
