Purchase Order / Ship to Address problem



When you enter on line 1 the company name, line 2 the address and line 3 the
city, state and zip code, this accounting program automatically changes the
format as soon as you go down to enter the Item.

A pop up screen comes up and it has the address on line 1, company name on
line 2 and city , state on line 3. It changes the positions on its own.

You must manually do cut and paste in order to correct it. A real pain.

The 2006 accounting program did not do this.

The microsoft help person said this is a program problem and could not do
anything to correct this default program.

Has any one else had this problem?
