QB Enterprise 9.0 Upgrade from QB2006 Pro - Will everything transfer

Will everything (historical transaction, billing templates, etc.)
transfer to QuickBooks Enterprise 9.0? We're looking to upgrade this
weekend and are under the assumption that everything will transfer
from QBPro 2006. Please advise. Thanks, Bob.

Yes, everything should transfer. Make sure you back up the data file
first. Then, after you install QBES you select the company file to
open and it will ask if you want to upgrade the data file. Once you
upgrade it, you cannot open it again in QB 2006. So, make sure you
back up first and don't delete QB 06 just in case.
