USA QBO international - access from U.S.?

Hi, does anyone know the answer to this question?

If my affiliate in Uganda or Kenya sets up a QBO international account, will I be able to log into it from the U.S.?

Tried posting to the Quickbooks community but it doesn't seem to be working right now.
