Quciken 2004 and outlook 2003 intellisync not working

Does anybody have a fix to make those two sync?
I have checked the website = no success
I have called "india" = no success
I have tried seatrching groups and web = no success.
I have numerous clients that are steaming mad so amI.
We have got to get intuit to get a movce on this and yes, i have
e-mailed numerous times not a single reply, nor their feedback has
responded.
Thanks in hopes

I find an article there that says you must own Quicken Premiere
Home & Business and you must have installed Intellisync for
Quicken either from your CD, or if you do not have a CD, by
calling Quicken technical support for a free download.

This will accomplish nothing.

Do not hold your breath; Intuit almost never responds to
submissions, from email or at their support site. That is their
stated policy.
