Hi all

got some friends, M38 working earning 28K pa, F34, not working due to
chronic disablity, getting DLA at the higher rate (with mobility component)
, plus Incapacity benefit. They have an 8 yo child, and he claims the Child
Tax Credit which she gets ...

They have about 3K savings, and a mortgage gained in 2002. They claim coucil
tax benefit, which reduced the property from a band E to D

Is there any thing else they could concievably be entitled to ?

regards and thanks in advance

Council tax benefit does not reduce the band of the prperty.
