How often can a person file bankruptcy?
my friend filed bankruptcy about 14 years ago and is now talking about filing again!
This angers me and I am hoping there are laws that will stop her from doing this. she bought a house in MN, then 1 year later decided to move to San Diego she has been in SD a year and has not worked, by choice she wanted to take a year off, meanwhile she is renting an apartment and has been using her credit cards for living expenses. Can she get away with this?
