I have been reporting an Intellisync bug with QuickBooks since April.

When syncing between QuickBooks and Outlook, contacts in Outlook that should
be added as customers are being added as entries in the Other Names List
with the name CMI=12345678, the numbers being different for each entry.

I called the QuickBooks support line and was charged over $100 when their
support people assured me that changing the names of my customers to
CMI=12345678 is a feature not a bug. No one from Intuit cares enough about
their customers to reply to my reporting of this bug.

WOULD SOMEONE FROM INTUIT PLEASE ANSWER MY REQUEST!!!

I can give you the files to reproduce this problem, but I can not get a
response from anyone in this company. What is going on? Intuit used to give
a damn about their customers.
