There are a few "gotchas" when hosting QuickBooks, especially multiple
flavors and year versions, in a terminal server environment. While
Enterprise may be supported on terminal services, Pro and Premier are
not. This is one reason why it's important to work with a hosting
service provider who has the experience as well as the support. There
are only two companies recognized by Intuit as licensed hosting
providers for QuickBooks products: cpaasp.com and
rightnetworks.com. You're taking your chances with anyone else.

Though Intuit has only two licensing QuickBooks Hosting service providers , the company itself do not bar any other company from hosting QuickBooks. And all editions and versions of QuickBooks can be hosted if the user has the licensed software from Intuit as far as i know.
